TAG Food Shop: Q&A

TAG Food Shop is the 3rd sub-brand from the family of The Aguila (TAG) after TAG HF29 Official YouTube and Blogger. TAG Food Shop is focused to lite snack and desert. Here we have some questions and answers to ease you as the customer.

1. What is the product that you sell now?
= For now we have PopCorn only. We will make a lot of food soon.

2. How to order and book the food?
= You can order and book our products via WhatsApp at number 010-706-9418 or visit our Facebook Messenger at page TAG Food Shop Kuala Selangor or e-mail at tagfoodshop@gmail.com

You need to write:
1. Your name,
2. Your address,
3. Your IC number,
4. Your Bank Account number, (for delivery service)
5. Name of the product
6. Amount of the product

3. Can I use cash for payment?
= The cash only allowed for self-pickup and selected location. For delivery method you need to use your credit/debit card.

4. What is the selected location for cash?
= For now just at SMK Jeram, Kuala Selangor.

5. If i'm use delivery method, what is the courier that you choose?
= For delivery method, we use BungkusIT and Runner courier only. You can't use Grab Food, Food Panda and etc to have our product.

6. How long the time for delivery?
= It will take 1-3 days based on the available rider.

7. If I want to self-pickup, where I need to go?
= You need to go to our store at Parit Mahang, Kuala Selangor. You need to contact us for location confirmation.

8. Can I just go to your store to buy your food?
= No, because we just only prepare the food if we got a booking, you need to book first and we will tell you if your food has ready to pickup.

9. Is it have a delivery charge?
= Yes, you will be charged RM5 for delivery.

10. Is it true that you will give 50% discount when we self-pickup at you store?
= Yes! Because of your spirit to come to our store, you will be given 50% discount in each product! But make sure you book first with us.

11. How to know the originality of your product?
= In each packet we will stick it with the tag that content TAG Food Shop owner, Haziq Fitri signature and our phone number, e-mail, and Facebook page.
